Enclosed garden of 2000 m² with private parking, separate equipment room and garden furniture. 2 pets maximum allowed. 50 m from the Yonne river and 100 m from the Canal du Nivernais (cycle route voie verte), fishing possible (1st and 2nd category: local de pêche). 5 km from the Morvan Regional Nature Park and 12 km from the Vaux and Baye ponds (sailing and fishermen's paradise, boat trips). Hiking, kayaking, climbing, mountain biking. Visit to the abbey at Corbigny (3 km). Charges and options (not bookable online - to be arranged directly with the owners): Electric heating included. Wood not supplied, but can be purchased 3km away.
