Elevated first floor (access via 4 steps): entrance into living room with open kitchen, 3 steps lead to shower room (large shower) and separate toilet, small outdoor area. On the 1st floor, on the landing, a Telework area, a bedroom with 1 bed 160x200, a relaxation area with books and board games, a separate toilet. All-inclusive accommodation: bed linen with bed made on arrival, bathroom linen, kitchen linen, end-of-stay cleaning, heating and electricity. Bag of pellets extra: €8/bag.
The Holiday cottage is close to a bakery, nearby rivers (l'Anguisson and l'Auxois), and several starting points for short Hiking trails to discover the commune and its 14 hamlets. Cervon is located in the Morvan Regional Nature Park: hiking, mountain biking, swimming, water sports... discover the Settons Lake 40min away, the Pannecière Lake 20min away, and the Baye and Vaux ponds 20min away (Fishing, water sports). You can also stroll along the towpath beside the Canal du Nivernais (10min) to discover its locks and enjoy a meal in one of the guinguettes. The Château de Bazoches and the village of Vézelay, a UNESCO World Heritage site, are also 30 minutes away.
