Ideally located on the banks of the Canal du Nivernais, in a quiet, unoverlooked setting, with a host of leisure facilities to ensure you have a great stay! The owner lives on the property, with independent access to the parking area.

Outdoors: enclosed garden, parking lot, Spa and outdoor shower (follow instructions), barbecue and plancha, molky, badminton, pétanque, 4 canoes (each seating 3) with life jackets, bike hire. Fishing available.

Inside: fully-equipped open-plan kitchen opening onto living room, shower room with double washbasin, washing machine and tumble dryer, wc. Baby Equipment. 1 bedroom with 1 bed 90x190 and 2 Bunk beds 90x190, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160x200, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160x200 and its private bathroom accessible to people with reduced mobility (shower and wc), a living room with TV, DVD player and 2 guitars, a shower room and 1 wc.

All mattresses are very comfortable and rest on wooden pallets.
