Detached house on 3 levels on 500 meters of private river. Television (TPS), 3 bathrooms (1 with whirlpool bath), 5 bedrooms (upstairs), 1 with 2 single beds (90cm) and the other 4 with 1 single bed (160cm) each and 1 bedroom with outside access with 3 single beds (90cm) but sanitary facilities in the main body of the house, living room, dining room, kitchen, 3 toilets. All baby equipment: 2 folding beds, changing table, small bathtub, 2 high chairs, potty. Enclosed grounds of 1000 m² with swing and petanque area.
10 km from Decize, exceptional site on an island near the Loire. Discover the Halles promenade, ramparts, monuments and water sports stadium. 5 km from La Machine, where you can visit the Mine Museum and the Image Mine. 39 km from the Magny-Cours F1 circuit (golf and karting), 40 km from Nevers (city of art and history).

Everything is included: bed linen provided with beds made on arrival, bathroom linen provided, household linen provided, end-of-stay cleaning included as well as heating and electricity.
Possibility of sleeping 2 people (2 beds 90x190) with supplement: +20€ / person / night
A maximum of 2 pets is allowed free of charge in the Holiday cottage, provided they remain on the first floor (not allowed on the upper floors or in the bedrooms).

5/5Le Moulin est un endroit reposant ou tout est prévu pour que nous puissions passer un très bon moment en famille.
La literie est de bonne qualité les pièces à vivre spacieuses et confortables. Tout est également prévu pour les enfants en bas âge. Le stationnement des véhicules est très facile.
L'accueil et la bienveillance des propriétaires du Moulin est remarquable.
Nous nous plaisons à revenir dans ce gîte en famille des que l'occasion se présente.
