Holiday cottage le Morvanbio is located in the Morvan Regional Park! Come and relax in this haven of peace, nestled in a small hamlet just 15 km from Avallon and 10 km from Vezelay. First floor: living room with kitchen, sitting area, 1 bedroom (1 bed 140x190), shower room, separate WC. 1st floor: 1 bedroom (1 bed 140x190, baby bed) and 1 bedroom (2 beds 90x190), bathroom (bath), separate WC. Maximum 2 pets allowed.
Wood heating (provided free of charge) and electric heating extra, Bathroom linen provided, bed linen and housekeeping included.
Its large garden (6000 m2), with its equipment (trampoline, swing, ping pong table, deckchairs, garden furniture, barbecue and various games, will delight young and old alike :-).
There's so much to do from the Holiday cottage: Hiking in the wooded paths, Swimming in the lakes and rivers, Visits to Vauban castle, Vezelay, Guedelon etc... Let yourself be tempted by leisure activities: accrobranches, canoeing, kayaking, rafting, horse-riding, quads etc... Not forgetting the local gastronomy and the tasting of Yonne wines: Vézelay, Irancy, Chitry, Saint-Bris, and the unmissable Chablis. If you feel like it, you can also come and visit our organic farm, located just 8 km from the Holiday cottage, and discover the donkeys and calves :-) We look forward to welcoming you :-) Edwige and Bruno .
Electric heating extra, wood supplied free for approval but if you need more, stere at 70€. Bathroom linen supplied, bed linen and housekeeping included.

Perfect for discovering the Morvan
5/5We stayed one (hot) week in August. The place offers a spacious and cool hide-out and is very well-equipped. The surrounding garden is fantastic, our boys loved the trampoline! Although the house lays quite off-grid and it takes a d-tour to get there, we loved the nature and calmness of it - we spotted a deer and we marked traces of owls. Also the location is perfect for discovering the Morvan and nearby highlights as Alesia and Chablis. We recommend!

Un Havre de paix presque perdu dans la campagne
5/5Nous avons bien profité de ce vaste Havre de paix disposant de tout le confort nécessaire pour bien se ressourcer. De plus il se trouve à proximité des principaux sites culturels et patrimoniaux. Grâce aux bons conseils d'Edwige nous avons pu également découvrir de bonnes adresses pour passer de bons moments en famille et bien apprécier toutes les belles richesses du secteur.

5/5Gite très bien situé, confortable, (très bonne literie) grand jardin et accueil très chaleureux.
Le tout dans une région superbe, à deux pas de la Basilique de Vezelay par exemple.
