On the outskirts of Nevers, house in a quiet street close to amenities and tourist attractions (Bec d'Allier nature reserve, the City, Nevers ville d'Art et Histoire, the vineyards of Côteaux Charitois, Pouilly sur Loire and Sancerre, Magny-Cours racetrack, etc.). Private, sheltered parking, fully enclosed garden in front of the house with sheltered terrace, bench, deckchairs and barbecue, small vegetable garden and Spa (open from May to end September, weather permitting). Access to the house via an outside staircase: large kitchen (raclette machine available), living room with TV and DVD/blueray player, wifi via fiber, sofa bed that converts to a 2-person bed, 1 bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed, bathroom with shower and separate toilet. High chair and baby bed available on request. All included: bed linen, towels, kitchen linen, cleaning and heating/electricity. Right of way in front of Holiday cottage for neighbor. Pets not allowed

    SEJOUR DANS LA NIEVRE

    Gîte très propre, confortable, bien équipé, tout est fourni et pensé pour le bien-être des locataires.
    Il est très bien situé pour la découverte de la région et malgré la météo capricieuse nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour.

    Agreable séjour

    Très bon séjour

    Merci à Patricia pour son accueil et sa disponibilité.
    Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce gîte fort agréable et très bien équipé,
    Situé au calme dans un petit village à proximité immédiate de Nevers, nous avons pu profiter pleinement de nos balades à vélo et nous reposer dans ce gîte grand confort.
    Nous gardons précieusement l'adresse.
