Situated in a hamlet near the village of Perroy, 5km from Donzy and its shops and 20km from Cosne-sur-Loire, this self-contained holiday cottage with private garden is set in an 18th/19th century farmhouse. The owners live on the property but do not overlook it. Parking on the property and garage or covered shed. The Holiday cottage comprises an entrance hall, a 45 m2 living room (lounge, dining room and kitchen) with access to the 1000 m2 private garden (relaxation and dining area with barbecue and plancha), a shower room with toilet, a ground-floor bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed, a first-floor bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed and a Telework area with desk and printer on the landing (wifi-fiber optic). The laundry room is in the building opposite the cottage (washing machine, tumble dryer, drying rack). 1 pet maximum is accepted free of charge. All inclusive: bed linen with beds made on arrival, household linen and towels provided, heating, electricity and wood included (subject to reasonable consumption), end-of-stay cleaning included. There's no need to stock up on essentials - they're all at your disposal. Recharging electric vehicles is strictly forbidden. Bicycles are available free of charge during your stay.
All inclusive: bed linen with beds made on arrival, household linen and towels provided, heating, electricity and wood included (subject to reasonable consumption), end-of-stay cleaning included. You don't need to worry about the basics, they're all at your disposal.

Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve dans cette maison parfaitement équipée, rénovée avec beaucoup de goût dans le respect des matériaux anciens. Les espaces sont généreux et le calme absolu. Avantage non-négligeable par temps de canicule : la fraîcheur agréable des pièces ! Que vous souhaitiez profiter du riche patrimoine de la région ou décompresser au vert, ce gîte est fait pour vous. Nous vous remercions pour votre séjour au gîte des Guittons, Vous avez été de
formidables voyageurs sympathiques, discrets, le gîte a été rendu impeccable et rangé. -
Addy and Karin Het huisje is prachtig, ruim, comfortabel en voorzien van alle gemakken. Het ligt afgelegen en het is er dus erg rustig en kalm. Goed om helemaal bij te komen en op te laden. Honden zijn welkom.
Helaas was er weinig te beleven in de omgeving maar dat lag aan de periode dat wij er zaten, nl. in kerstperiode. In het voorjaar/zomer en vroege najaar is deze streek wel interessant om te bezoeken want op relatief korte afstanden van het huisje is veel te ontdekken en zit je midden in een mooie wijnstreek (Sancerre, Chablis, Pouilly). De gastheer was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam en stond voor je klaar als het nodig was. We hebben genoten van de rust en kalmte en zijn uitgerust het nieuwe jaar gestart.- Cleanliness
