Comfortable holiday cottage 2 hours from Paris, south of the Puisaye region and 20 minutes from the Guédelon medieval construction site, St Fargeau castle and its historical shows, the Colette museum in St-Sauveur and the Pouilly, Sancerre and Ménetou-salon vineyards.
In a hamlet near the village of Perroy, 5km from Donzy and its shops and 20km from Cosne-sur-Loire, you'll find this independent holiday cottage, with its own private garden, in the heart of an old farmhouse dating from the 18th and 19th centuries. The owners live on the property but don't overlook it. Parking on the property and garage or covered shed. Unenclosed private garden, garden furniture and pergola.
The Holiday cottage comprises an entrance hall, a 45 m2 living room (lounge, dining room and kitchen) with access to the 1000 m2 private garden (relaxation and dining area with barbecue and plancha), a shower room with toilet, a ground floor bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed, a 1st floor bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed and a Telework area with desk and printer on the landing (wifi-fiber optic). The laundry room is in the building opposite the Holiday cottage (washing machine, tumble dryer, drying rack).
A maximum of 1 pet is allowed free of charge.
All inclusive: bed linen with beds made on arrival, household linen and towels provided, heating, electricity and wood included (subject to reasonable consumption), end-of-stay cleaning included. You don't need to worry about the basics, they're all at your disposal.
Bicycles are available free of charge during your stay.

Calme et raffinement
5/5Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve dans cette maison parfaitement équipée, rénovée avec beaucoup de goût dans le respect des matériaux anciens. Les espaces sont généreux et le calme absolu. Avantage non-négligeable par temps de canicule : la fraîcheur agréable des pièces ! Que vous souhaitiez profiter du riche patrimoine de la région ou décompresser au vert, ce gîte est fait pour vous. Vos hôtes ont pensé à tout pour vous garantir un excellent séjour. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

4/5Het huisje is prachtig, ruim, comfortabel en voorzien van alle gemakken. Het ligt afgelegen en het is er dus erg rustig en kalm. Goed om helemaal bij te komen en op te laden. Honden zijn welkom.
Helaas was er weinig te beleven in de omgeving maar dat lag aan de periode dat wij er zaten, nl. in kerstperiode. In het voorjaar/zomer en vroege najaar is deze streek wel interessant om te bezoeken want op relatief korte afstanden van het huisje is veel te ontdekken en zit je midden in een mooie wijnstreek (Sancerre, Chablis, Pouilly). De gastheer was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam en stond voor je klaar als het nodig was. We hebben genoten van de rust en kalmte en zijn uitgerust het nieuwe jaar gestart.- Cleanliness 4/5

Le gîtes est très bien équipé ce qui nous a permis de s'y sentir comme chez nous.
La propreté était également irréprochable.

5/5Impossible de ne pas tomber sous le charme de cette charmante maison rénovée selon les codes bourguignons, parfaitement équipée et décorée avec beaucoup de soins et de goût.
Impossible de ne pas tomber sous le charme de la situation géographique, en pleine campagne au calme où seuls le chant des oiseaux et la visite régulière de lièvres dans le jardin vous accompagnent tout au long de la journée. La nature environnante vous offrira aussi avec un peu de chance la joie de croiser un renard, un écureuil roux ou un chevreuil.
Impossible de ne pas tomber sous le charme de Thierry et François qui accueillent leurs voyageurs avec énormément de générosité, de gentillesse, de respect et de discrétion de notre intimité.
Une adresse que l'on aimerait garder secrète mais qui mérite tellement d'être partagée. Ne réfléchissez pas, foncez !- Cleanliness 5/5
