Located on a quiet one-way street in Château-Chinon, this apartment is on the first floor of a residential house (the owner lives above). The apartment has been completely renovated to make it a cosy place to stay, with all the comforts and facilities you'll need for a pleasant stay: living room with fully-equipped kitchen, sofa bed for 1 or 2 extra people (€20/person/night), connected TV; bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200); shower room with toilet. Several free parking spaces in the street near the Holiday cottage. Access to the flower-filled, enclosed garden through an outside gate. All inclusive: bed linen with bed made on arrival, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, heating and electricity.

Accueil arrivée et départ agréables, logement très propre, literie confortable, tous les accessoires utiles sont disponibles, de petites attentions sympathiques en plus. Logement bien situé à proximité des principaux sites touristiques 'Lacs et Bibracte).

Hélène Très bon accueil dans un gîte élégant et confortable.
Le silence et le calme sont très reposants. Il y a beaucoup de place dans la pièce principale. Le jardin est très joli et entretenu avec soin. Ce gîte est très bien situé pour profiter de la nature dans le Morvan et pour visiter un certain nombre de sites

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Gilou avec un logement comme si nous étions chez nous Propre avec tous ce que nous attendons d'un gîte que ce soit en ustensiles de cuisine ou linge de lit et maison , porte manteaux dans chaque pièces..... Rien à rajouter.

Literie excellente.
Petit espace de verdure derrière le gîte très joli et accueillant grâce à l'entretien journalier effectué par "Gilou " qui loge au 1er étage et qui est au petit soin pour les locataires du gîte.
Très agréable séjour.
