Terrace, enclosed flower-filled garden with petanque court Ground floor: entrance to dining room with TV and open kitchen (5-burner piano), 1 "Hulotte" bedroom with 1 x 140x190 bed with direct access to a bathroom accessible to people with reduced mobility and wheelchairs (large shower with chair, accessible sink and raised toilet). A medical bed can be installed.
1st floor: 1 "Hirondelle" bedroom with 3 beds 90x190 1 "Mésange" bedroom with 1 bed 140x190. Each of these 2 bedrooms has direct access to the bathroom (shower and toilet). A 3rd bedroom, "Tourterelle", with 1 bed 140x190, 1 bed 90x190 (a baby bed can be installed) is accessible via the "Mésange" bedroom. Books are available in each room. If you have started a book during your stay, you can take it home and send it back. Telephone available. The barn has been converted into a summer kitchen, sitting area and television. Holiday cottage Bébé Câlin: baby equipment provided.

The Holiday cottage is conveniently located near La Charité-sur-Loire (City of Books), the Loire à Vélo, the Forest and the Chemin de Compostelle. You can fish and swim at the Etang du Merle. 10 km from the Charitois Vineyard and 30 km from the Pouilly Vineyard. 30 minutes from Nevers (Ducal Palace, Chasse Sainte-Bernadette, Museums,...)


Charges and options: 2 pets max. 5€ / day / animal. Electricity over 8kwh extra, heating not included. Towels on request: 5€ / person. Optional end-of-stay cleaning 80€.
