A road through the vineyards will take you to the heart of a winegrowing village near the Loire, where a cocooning Holiday cottage awaits you. On-site parking, unenclosed garden, ping-pong table in the basement with bicycle shed, darts, close to the Loire River for numerous walks (Loire à vélos), and vineyards (Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre).
Warm living room with dining area and sitting area with TV and DVD player, wifi, radio, fully-equipped fitted kitchen with food processor, 1st floor bedroom with 140x190 bed and TV, bathroom with large shower, heated towel rail, toilet, washing machine/dryer, hairdryer. Harmoniously decorated.

Très bien aménagé il ne manquait rien une agréable ancienne maison très bien rénovée tenue par un couple de jeune qui ont su la mettre en valeur nous avons apprécié leur accueil et leur gentillesse nous leur souhaitons une bonne continuation- Cleanliness 5/5

5/5We had a lovely week in La Cocon. The house is very well equipped and the owners have decorated it with great attention to detail. You should have a car here. Unfortunately we were unlucky with ours. We were and are very grateful for the uncomplicated helpfulness of Christelle and Lilian. A small supermarket and a good bakery can be reached by bike in 15 minutes.
