Quiet Holiday cottage located at the end of a cul-de-sac, overlooking 2000m2 of private grounds with lovely, unobstructed views, including a 15th-century fortified farm amidst 100 hectares and 250 Charolais cows. Located 4.5 km from Corbigny (train station for Paris Bercy) with all shops. Newly built on a 1997 extension adjoining an old barn (1846) where you'll find a ping-pong table. There's also a pétanque court 100 m away, in the middle of an orchard. Covered shelter for 2-3 cars and motorcycles.

First floor: living room with open-plan kitchen and lounge, wifi and connected TV, as well as board games and books; bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190), shower room and separate toilet; access to an annexe where you can store your groceries. Upstairs, a bedroom with 2 beds 90x190 and a bedroom with 1 bed 90x190, a 2nd bathroom with shower and toilet.

All-inclusive accommodation: bed linen provided with beds made on arrival, towels, heating and electricity, plus end-of-stay cleaning (subject to reasonable consumption and to leaving the cottage in good condition).
