Upstairs: 4 bedrooms including 2 bedrooms with 1 bed 140*190, convertible in each, 1 bedroom (1 bed 140*190) and 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90*190, shower room with wc. 1 baby bed and 1 high chair on request. Maximum 2 pets allowed. Electric heating, Wood heating included. End-of-stay cleaning available at extra cost. 30 minutes from the A6 Avallon exit, in the small village of Gouloux, famous for its waterfall and 1st category rivers. Private fishing pond 10 minutes away by car. Close to the Morvan lakes (Settons, Pannecière and Saint-Agnan), Vézelay, Avallon, Saulieu and Beaune. Close to leisure activities (rafting, canoeing, swimming, hiking).
