In the heart of the Morvan Regional Nature Park, spacious and comfortable solid wood Chalet set in 3500 m² of partially enclosed grounds. First floor: living room with kitchenette (40 m²), fireplace, shower room, separate toilet, 1 bedroom (1 bed 140*190). Upstairs: 4 bedrooms including 2 bedrooms with 1 bed 140*190 + convertible in each, 1 bedroom (1 bed 140*190) and 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90*190, shower room with wc. 1 baby bed and 1 high chair on request. Maximum 2 pets allowed. Electric heating, Wood heating included. End-of-stay cleaning available at extra cost. 30 minutes from the A6 Avallon exit, in the small village of Gouloux, famous for its waterfall and 1st category rivers. Private fishing pond 10 minutes away by car. Close to the Morvan lakes (Settons, Pannecière and Saint-Agnan), Vézelay, Avallon, Saulieu and Beaune. Close to leisure activities (rafting, canoeing, swimming, hiking).

Marino Prévost Très beau chalet, au calme, dans la campagne. Belle terrasse . Grande pièce à vivre.
Malgré la météo pas très favorable, notre séjour s'est très bien passé, le chauffage et la cheminée ont été appréciés. Equipements de bonne qualité, il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait.

Claire Bon dans l'ensemble. Très bon emplacement, gîte spacieux. Quelques points à améliorer.
Gîte intéressant pour un grand nombre, l'emplacement est très tranquille ce qui est idéal pour se reposer (mais dans la maison, les murs sont très fins, on entend tout ce qu'il se passe dans la maison que ce soit rdc ou étage). Il y a pas mal d'accessoires de cuisine, c'est un plus très sympa. Cependant le confort n'est pas à son optimale. Les matelas sont super dur et les oreillers sont très pauvre en rembourrage. Attention au nettoyage qui n'est pas toujours respectée (vaisselle sale, barbecue pas entretenu). Dans l'ensemble c'était un séjour agréable.
