Ground floor: cosy living room with flat-screen TV, DVD player, library corner, stereo system and wood-burning stove (free wood), opening onto terrace (40 m²) dining room-kitchen. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (each with 2 beds 90x200 or 80x200, which can be twinned on request, plus a baby bed), 1 shower room with shower and toilet, and a bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet. Fiber-optic Internet access. Opposite the Holiday cottage, private garden with deckchairs and hammock. This eco-gîte is located in the heart of the Morvan Regional Nature Park in the Haut Morvan, between the Lac des Settons and the Lake de Pannecière, for a nature holiday, Hiking (/GR de Pays), mountain biking, Fishing and white-water sports. This former Morvan farmhouse has been restored as a self-catering holiday cottage, ideal for a change of scenery!
