Renovated Morvan farmhouse. Ground floor: cosy living room with flat-screen TV, DVD player, library corner, stereo system and wood-burning stove (free wood), opening onto terrace (40 m²) dining room-kitchen. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (each with 2 beds 90x200 or 80x200, which can be twinned on request, plus a baby bed), 1 shower room with shower and toilet, and a bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet. Fiber-optic Internet access. Opposite the Holiday cottage, private garden with deckchairs and hammock. This eco-gîte is located in the heart of the Morvan Regional Nature Park in the Haut Morvan, between the Lac des Settons and the Lake de Pannecière, for a nature holiday, Hiking (/GR de Pays), mountain biking, Fishing and white-water sports. This former Morvan farmhouse has been restored as a self-catering holiday cottage, ideal for a change of scenery!

End-of-stay cleaning on request 60€ (but compulsory 60€ if pet).

Francis Excellent gite
Le gite est trés grand, une belle pièce de vie, une grande cuisine, et trois belles chambres. Nous avons pu également profiter de la terrasse. En été, les espaces extérieurs (grand jardin avec transat, terrasse avec barbecue) doivent être très appréciés. L'endroit est trés calme, le gite est dans un hameau et le village est à 2,5 km.

On a beaucoup apprécié de vivre dans cette maison. Avec ses petits coins tranquilles, ses espaces distincts, ses ambiances différentes selon les moments de la journée, on s'est senti libre d'être dedans ou dehors, en bas ou en haut, ensemble ou isolé.e, selon nos envies et nos besoins. C'était idéal.

Vacances apaisantes Gîte très agréable
Gîte très agréable, dans un joli corps de ferme restauré avec goût, dans un hameau au calme, en plein cœur du Parc du Morvan, à proximité des lacs, à une demi-heure des principales villes touristiques (Saulieu, Avallon, Autun..). Hôtes charmants, attentifs et réactifs à toute demande. Gîte bien équipé !
