Strategically located between Sancerre, Briare, Saint-Amand en Puisaye (pottery), Guédelon, Pouilly sur Loire (Pouilly-Fumé), La Charité (City of Art and History) and the banks of the Loire (canoeing down the Loire). An ideal base for discovering the region's wealth of heritage, nature and culinary delights.

Come and relax in a spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated and very well-equipped house. Beautiful views of the Countryside from the terrace. Free parking in the street, Restaurant a few steps from the Holiday cottage. Market on church square every Tuesday.
The house is set back from the street; the other house is uninhabited. The courtyard at the front of the house is enclosed, and a Green Up plug is available for recharging electric vehicles (€10/recharge).
But it's at the back of the house that you'll enjoy a large enclosed terrace with no overlooking views over the Countryside.
First floor: large, fully-equipped kitchen, large, bright living room with access to the terrace, TV, fiber and wifi, study, toilet with washbasin, washing machine and dryer. Access to the first floor via a steep staircase, landing leading to 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 1 x 90x200 bed; 2 bedrooms, each with a 140x200 bed, study, bathroom (bath) with toilet.
Small dogs accepted on request.

All-inclusive accommodation: Household and toiletries, bed linen provided with beds made on arrival, bathroom linen, kitchen linen, wood, pellets, heating, electricity, end-of-stay cleaning (subject to leaving in good condition).
