In the heart of the Morvan Regional Nature Park, in a small hamlet, renovated detached house with garage, enclosed garden including 2 terraces (1 covered) with ping-pong table; and another garden not entirely enclosed with swing and trampoline shared with the neighbor. Not overlooked, house accessible by a few steps.
First floor: Large living room with open-plan kitchen, dining room and sitting room with TV and board games, shower room with large shower, separate toilet, 2 bedrooms each with 1 bed 140x190 and 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90x190. Baby Equipment available (high chair, cot, bathtub, changing mat).

Olivia Calme et verdure
Espace bien aménagé, literie confortable, équipements en quantité, très bien pour un séjour en famille. Grand espace extérieur, au calme, sans vis à vis, un lieu idéal pour se ressourcer. A quelques minutes en voiture du lac des Settons et idéalement situé pour découvrir de belles villes ou sites historiques à 30 mn maxi du gîte. Seul bémol, la propreté (les sols, plans, tables, etc étaient très poussiéreux et sales) mais la propriétaire avait délégué ces tâches et devrait donc remédier au problème.

Famille B. Notre séjour à été conforme à ce que nous attendions.
Nous avons pu faire de belles marches autant sur place que dans un périmètre relativement proche du gîte.
La proximité du Lac des Settons, des villes de Saulieu et Château-Chinon, du Saut du Goulou, des magnifiques forêts avoisinantes, ont tout à fait correspondu à nos attentes.
Nous qui recherchions le calme et la sérénité, ne pouvions pas trouver mieux.
