A very large, unfenced garden is ideal for relaxing, playing soccer or basketball, and a communal footpath runs alongside the garden. The garage is at your disposal, as is the basement room with table soccer. Table tennis available. Upstairs, a fitted kitchen separated from the living room. Bathroom with shower and separate toilet. There is one bedroom with 2 beds 90x190; 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160x200 and 1 bedroom with 1 electric bed 160x200. Ideally located 5km from Donzy with its sommerces and oil mills, close to the Guédelon medieval construction site and the Château de Saint Fargeau with its shows, not forgetting the Pouilly and Sancerre Vineyards and the pottery at Saint Amand en Puisaye.

Une famille du Haut-Doubs Ce grand gite, très bien aménagé et équipé, répond à bien des besoins pour les vacanciers. Barbecue, salon de jardin, babyfoot, excellente connexion internet, et autres à découvrir !
Il se trouve dans un petit village très calme à égale distance de Guédelon, Saint-Fargeau, et des vignobles du Centre Val de Loire pour découvrir le patrimoine local.
La propriétaire, d'une extrême gentillesse, se tient toujours disponible, à l'écoute et au service de ses locataires.
Impossible de se tromper en choisissant ce gite, c'est l'assurance de passer un excellent séjour.- Cleanliness

Francine et sa famille Gîte conforme à la description, au calme avec tout confort. Propriétaires aux petits soins. Idéal pour un séjour en famille avec des enfants même avec des conditions météorologiques caniculaires. Nous avons eu la possibilité de jouer aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur, en restant au frais. Proche de Guédelon, St Fargeau ou Sancerre, sa situation géographique offre plusieurs possibilités de visites et il est proche de toutes commodités.
