A very large, unfenced garden is ideal for relaxing, playing soccer or basketball, and a communal footpath runs alongside the garden. The garage is at your disposal, as is the basement room with table soccer. Table tennis available. Upstairs, a fitted kitchen separated from the living room. Bathroom with shower and separate toilet. There is one bedroom with 2 beds 90x190; 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160x200 and 1 bedroom with 1 electric bed 160x200. Ideally located 5km from Donzy with its sommerces and oil mills, close to the Guédelon medieval construction site and the Château de Saint Fargeau with its shows, not forgetting the Pouilly and Sancerre Vineyards and the pottery at Saint Amand en Puisaye.

Electricity and heating are extra according to meter reading over 8kwh/day.

MamieChipie Le Calme
Séjour agréable malgré une météo capricieuse. Le gîte est confortable et bien équipé. La propriétaire fort sympathique et très attentionnée. Nous avons pu découvrir des endroits surprenants. Une belle balade depuis Perroy vers le château de la Motte Josserand nous a fait découvrir un endroit magique et très beau.

Marie helene Gite très bien équipé, près des sites (guedelon, ferme du château, Donzy Pouilly. Propre et calme.

Séjour très agréable, gîte bien équipé, décoré avec goût.
Idéal pour les familles, les enfants seront ravis ;)
