Fully renovated holiday cottage in the Morvan Regional Nature Park, fully enclosed garden for the safety of Kids and animals, swing, terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Raised first floor with a large room including the living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen, tv connected to Orange, dvd player and wifi, wood-burning stove; a shower room with shower and wc; about ten steps lead to the 2 bedrooms with one equipped with a bed 160x200 and the other with 2 beds 90x190. Apart from optional bathroom linen, everything is included.
The Morvan is the green lung of the region, with numerous walks and lakes (Settons and Chamboux). Nearby: Saulieu, the gastronomic capital of the Morvan. Arnay-le-Duc, regional house of tableware and Etang Fouché. Autun, cathedral and Gallo-Roman remains. Bibracte archaeological site.
Utilities included (heating, electricity and wood), subject to normal consumption.
Bed linen provided with beds made on arrival, housekeeping included (subject to gîte being left clean).
Free pet (Please let us know if you have a pet so that we can prepare the Holiday cottage accordingly). 75€ additional deposit per animal.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans le Morvan, au calme, avec le soleil, dans un gîte "au top" : la rénovation a été faite avec goût et modernité, les propriétaires prennent grand soin de leurs occupants. BRAVO.
Le gîte est situé au bord d'une route non passante, pas de vis à vis, pas de voisins proches, c'est vraiment très calme. Le terrain est arboré, grand et cloturé.
Gîte idéalement bien situé par rapport aux lacs autour desquels nous avons pu faire le tour en vélo.
Merci encore pour votre hospitalité et vos petites attentions d'accueil.

Rob Mooi huisje met heerlijk grote omheinde tuin voor ons hondje. Bedden en badkamer waren prima.
