1st floor: two spacious bedrooms, each with en-suite shower room, WC and air-conditioning.

and nature lovers alike. Within the property, you can stroll through the woods. A path takes you directly to the edge of the canal.

With its fireplace opening onto the kitchen on one side and the dining room on the other, this house is also ideal for long winter evenings.

The towns of Cercy-La-Tour (4 km) and Decize
(10 km) are close by.
