First floor: living room with TV, open fireplace, dining room, integrated and equipped open kitchen, 1 open shower room with Italian shower, separate toilet.
1st floor: two spacious bedrooms, each with en-suite shower room, WC and air-conditioning.
Options and charges:
All-inclusive accommodation: bed linen and beds made on arrival, bathroom linen, household linen and end-of-stay cleaning included, heating and electricity.
Possibility of 1 additional person (1 bed 90x190) on the 1st floor landing: +20€ / night
Cycling along the Canal, Fishing, Hiking: the region is sure to seduce
and nature lovers alike. Within the property, you can stroll through the woods. A path takes you directly to the edge of the canal.
With its fireplace opening onto the kitchen on one side and the dining room on the other, this house is also ideal for long winter evenings.
The towns of Cercy-La-Tour (4 km) and Decize
(10 km) are close by.
There's also another Holiday cottage on site. Roosters, hens and geese on site.

Yoyo Un séjour agréable au vert et propice à la déconnexion.
Si vous cherchez un lieu ressourçant, calme et un gîte confortable et spacieux avec une vue superbe, vous êtes au bon endroit. Accès au canal à quelques mètres pour se promener. Des étangs pour se baigner à moins de 20 kms

Gîte de grande qualité tant par sa qualité avec une prestation exceptionnelle dans un cadre magnifique,près du canal avec de belles promenades..
Les propriétaires sont de belles personnes, sympathiques, attentives et souriantes.
Dans ce gîte il ne maque rien, tout est propre.

propriétaires charmants
pour l'avenir prévoir de délimiter les espaces extérieurs par de la versure peut être de planter quelques arbres/arbustes!
un petit plus serait de mettre à disposition un cahier d'ccueil (comme on trouve à beaucoup d'endroits) avec les visites possibles, les numéros de téléphone utiles (médecin, pharmacie, ..restaurants recommandés) et le mode d'emploi du four- Cleanliness
