Baby equipment available on request (free, cot, bathtub, bouncer, booster seat). Gas central heating.
Situated in beautiful, unspoilt Countryside, with our 1.2-hectare enclosed flower garden (garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol, barbecue, portico, sun terrace, private parking), offering a magnificent panoramic view over calm, rolling countryside.
In the central Nivernais region, on the doorstep of historic and natural sites: Nevers, Vézelay, Guédelon, La Charité-sur-Loire, the Morvan Regional Park, the banks of the Loire and its Vineyards: Sancerre, Pouilly. Close by are the Base de loisirs de Baye for windsurfing and swimming, Lake des Settons and the Canal du Nivernais. And don't forget the many woods and Forests, where you can go hiking or horse-riding (pony club). For lovers of quiet, sporty vacations...

Ph een zalige plek
Deze bestemming was een proberen, we waren niet eerder in deze streek. De omgeving beviel ons erg, een afwisseling van bos en gouden korenvelden over een glooiend landschap, met af en toe een pittige helling (fietsend).
Het huis is erg gerieflijk en praktisch. Goed uitgeruste keuken, mooie badkamer, een aangename grote leefruimte. Het was erg warm maar het huis en het terras boden verkoeling. Bijzondere terrasplanten en -bomen. In de tuin is er een mooi uitzicht over de velden en hellingen.
Het onthaal was hartelijk. Myriam is een fijne gastvrouw met wie het leuk keuvelen is. We komen graag terug.

Kees en Jose een nachtegaal als metgezel
Een enorme tuin vol zingende vogels met fraai uitzicht op glooiende weiden. Een gite met alle comfort. En een vriendelijke gastvrouw met Vlaamse wortels. Perfect.

REGINE Petit havre de paix
Maison très agréable et chaleureuse ( le chauffage était allumé à notre arrivée et apprécié, même à cette période de l'année). Nous n'avons malheureusement pas pû profiter de la terrasse mais les extérieurs sont très agréables. Tout était parfait 👍

Philippe et Carine Ce séjour a répondu à nos attentes car il nous a permis de nous ressourcer au calme.
Cette semaine chez Myriam et Peter a été une parenthèse ressourçante, dans un havre de paix et de verdure.
Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et discrets.
Le gîte est d'une propreté exceptionnelle.
