CHANGE OF OWNER FROM JULY 2025. 2h30 from Paris, we welcome you to an old renovated farm, located in a small village overlooking the Loire. 5 spacious, farm-themed bedrooms: 1 family room on the first floor (accessible to people with reduced mobility) and 4 bedrooms upstairs: 2 with a double bed, 1 with two twin beds and 1 with a double bed and a single bed. All rooms have en-suite shower rooms and separate WCs. Opportunities for walking or cycling, Fishing in the Loire and visiting the region: Decize 7 km, La Machine 10 km, Bourbon Lancy 25 km and Nevers and Moulins 40 km Circuit de Nevers-Magny-Cours 30 km. We're on the route of Euro 6, the Tour de Bourgogne by bike and the Canal du Nivernais. Le PAL (amusement park and zoo) 40km away. Restaurant in village 300m from accommodation.
