View of the pond. 1,000 m² of unfenced land. Close to the Nivernais Canal, popular with recreational boaters as well as road cyclists using the greenway along the towpath. Equidistant from the Morvan lakes—notably the Settons and Pannecière—as well as Vézelay, Châtillon-en-Bazois (castle and local specialties), and the medieval village of Apremont (Cher). 20 km from La Machine and its Mining Museum. 37 km from Nevers, a City of Art and History, and near the Nevers-Magny-Cours racetrack.

Virginie Un cadre très agréable.
Très bon accueil. La propriétaire du gîte est souriante et très disponible. Le gîte dispose de tout ce qui est nécessaire. De plus, La literie est de très bonne qualité. L'extérieur est magnifique et fonctionnel. La vue sur l'étang est très belle. Possibilité de faire du canoë sur l'étang. Terrain de tennis accessible toute la journée, ping pong et babyfoot ! Cadre apaisant !
