The owners of the gîte, Claire and Bertrand Castanet, fell in love with the Morvan in the early 2000s, but they don't live there: it's Magali Malardier (one of the hamlet's 3 historic families) who welcomes you and hands over the keys. She lives nearby and can offer you organic vegetables as a bonus!

Ed The panorama from the garden is beautiful and the natural silence around you is relaxing. We even saw wild cats and foxes in the medows beyond the garden.

Jens The house and garden are very beautiful in a nice area. We enjoyed our second stay. Some little work needs to be done, i.e. repairing some damages on the terrace.
