Entirely renovated by the owner, who has a passion for woodworking. Each room in the Holiday cottage has been crafted from different types of wood for an original, top-of-the-range look.
Every detail has been thought of to make your stay as comfortable as possible: electric vehicle recharging point, covered terrace with spa, air-conditioning, ... large living room with integrated, fully-equipped kitchen, ambilight TV, connected loudspeaker, Telework and reading area, laundry room, shower room with large shower and separate toilet; one bedroom with 1 bed 140x190 and another bedroom with large dressing room and 160x200 bed on mezzanine with 2nd desk.
All inclusive: bed linen with beds made on arrival, kitchen linen, towels, heating, electricity (excluding electric vehicle recharging), end-of-stay cleaning included.
Optional: use of the Spa 20€/session (session duration = 1H), booking 48h in advance - use of electric vehicle charging station = 20€/stay.
The Holiday cottage is well placed for exploring the surrounding area, going to the PAL, Decize (nautical stadium) and all shops; on the border of the Allier.

Mag Très bon rapport qualité-prix
Gîte au calme, propre et très bien décoré. Il est aussi spacieux et bien situé car proche du Pal et de Moulins une ville à visiter sans tarder. Le propriétaire Yann nous a très bien accueilli, je recommande ce gîte.

Cette maison individuelle est tout simplement géniale ! Tout est décoré avec goût, aucun détail n'est laissé au hasard. On s'y sent tout de suite bien. Elle est complètement équipée et on a apprécié les lits faits à l'arrivée et le forfait ménage inclus. La terrasse couverte permet de manger dehors sans avoir à utiliser de parasol. Le jacuzzi sur la terrasse est un plus évident et les enfants ont adoré avoir de l'espace pour jouer dans le jardin.
Dans ce gîte on est au calme, pas de voisins, vue sur la nature.
Et j'allais oublier il est près du parc du PAL ( parc d'attractions et animaliers) à découvrir si vous ne connaissez pas.
Bref vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, ce gîte est très confortable et au calme.- Cleanliness
