On the banks of the Loire, this 6-person Holiday cottage is accessible to people with reduced mobility (part on the first floor) and is ideally placed for discovering the Vineyard. Courtyard shared with another 4-person Holiday cottage. Newly renovated interior with fully-equipped kitchen opening onto living room with pellet stove, lounge with large-screen TV, DVD player and wifi; spacious bedroom with 1 bed 140x190 and en-suite shower room with walk-in shower and wc. Upstairs, 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90x190 and dressing room; 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140x190 and lovely view of the Loire and vineyards; 1 separate toilet with washbasin and shower room with large shower. Close to village shops, La Charité sur Loire and Sancerre. Adult and Kids bikes available for rides along the Loire.
