Spacious holiday cottage located in the village of Moux-en-Morvan, 5 minutes from Lake Settons, featuring a large, enclosed backyard with no neighbors directly across and a view of the Morvan countryside, as well as two large patios (at the front and back of the holiday cottage). Close to shops (bakery, grocery store, Restaurants, 24-hour gas station, Market).
On the ground floor: a separate, fully equipped kitchen; a living room with a TV; one bedroom with a 140x190 bed and one bedroom with a 140x190 bed plus a Bed 90x190; laundry room with a washing machine; a bathroom (shower) and a separate toilet. Upstairs (access via a steep interior staircase or an exterior staircase): a kitchenette, one bedroom with a 140x190 bed, and one bedroom with two beds 90x190; a bathroom (shower) with a separate toilet. Direct access to the garden from the first floor. Ideal for a family or group of friends. Hikers and mountain bikers will be delighted by the many GR13 hiking trails near the house... Private parking and a large garage with space for 3 cars, and/or an ATV, bike...
Only one pet is allowed in the holiday cottage (€20/stay); included are bed linens with beds made on arrival, end-of-stay cleaning, kitchen linens, heating, and electricity. Optional upon request: bath towels (€5/person)
