Charming house, completely renovated, situated in a cul-de-sac in the heart of a quiet village. First floor: fully-equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, filter and Senséo coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc.) opening onto living/dining room. Shower room (shower + washing machine and tumble dryer), WC. 2 upstairs bedrooms accessible by steep staircase; 1 bedroom with 160x200 bed, closet, and 1 bedroom with 160x200 bed and 1 single pull-out bed, closet. Roof terrace with garden furniture. Outside, charcoal barbecue, garden table and chairs. 2 parking spaces. Baby equipment: high chair, Umbrella bed with mattress, bathtub, changing mat, potty, bottle warmer.
Up to 2 pets allowed free of charge. The accommodation is not equipped for recharging electric vehicles.
All inclusive: bed linen with beds made on arrival, bathroom linen, kitchen linen, heating and electricity (subject to reasonable consumption), end-of-stay cleaning included.

Christophe Très bon séjour
Séjour très agréable. Le gîte est très bien isolé, très bien équipé et au calme. On y dort très bien. Un petit souci rencontré à notre arrivée a été réglé dès le lendemain matin. Hôtes très sympathiques et réactifs.

Merci au propriétaire pour son accueil personnalisé et chaleureux. Dans un petit hameau au calme, le gîte est des plus confortables, impeccable, moderne, très bien équipé et isolé. Avec les rayons du soleil, il n' a pas été nécessaire de mettre le chauffage en cours de journée en plein mois de février! Literie parfaite. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour se sentir bien. Randonnées à partir de la maison et ballades aux alentours. Le Morvan comme on l'aime.

Jean-Marie Très bon séjour chez Aurélie et Romain
Très bon contact avec Aurélie et Romain, que ce soit pour l'arrivée et le départ ou pendant le séjour où ils ont toujours été à l'écoute et réactifs. Logement très agréable, propre, avec tout ce qu'il faut. Pas loin du lac des Settons et des sentiers de randonnée.
