On raised ground floor, living room with sofa bed for 2 people, TV (does not receive TF1, M6 and LCI) and wood-burning stove, fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 with 1 bed 160x200 and direct access to a small terrace, the other with 2 beds 90x190; shower room (large shower) and separate toilet.

It's in a very peaceful area with many tourist attractions (Bibracte and Mont Beuvray, Sources de l'Yonne, Glux-en-Glenne, Haut-Folin massif). The area is ideal for hikers, cyclists, motorcyclists and fishermen. The Canal du Nivernais, Lake des Settons and Lac de Pannecière are all within easy reach of the following cities: Autun, Moulins-Engilbert, Château-Chinon, Saint-Honoré-les-Bains, Chatillon-en-Bazois.
