In a quiet location with a lovely view, this detached house with enclosed garden, pétanque court and terrace will welcome you for a stay in the Morvan Regional Nature Park.
Fitted kitchen opening onto the living room with TV and wood-burning stove, bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190), shower room with walk-in shower and toilet, relaxation area with board games and books. Upstairs, a relaxation area, a bedroom with 1 bed 160x200 and 2 beds 90x190 and wc with washbasin.
Perfect for those who love nature, Hiking, Cycling, Fishing, as well as monuments and pretty villages.

Electric heating and electricity included - wood offered on arrival, then €10 per filling of the mill. Bed linen included (beds not made) as well as end-of-stay cleaning (provided the Holiday cottage is left in good condition) - bathroom linen optional: 10€/person - free pet (only 1 pet allowed).

Malgré la canicule,la maison est restée fraîche,tout au moins au RDC ,plus chaud z l étage mais les ventilateurs sont efficaces. Très belle région dépaysante.

gloire a Vauban une semaine dans le parc du Morvan
une maison indépendante. Tout confort. Les pièces sont spacieuses. Environnement très calme. Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires. Commerces disponibles a Quarré-les-Tombes, a quelques kilomètres. Hypermarchés, intermarché et hyper u a Avallon, a trente minutes. Nombreux chemins de randonnée. Je recommande ce gite !

Les Savoyards Séjour du 29 mai au 1er juin 2025
Cette petite maison a été rénové avec goût par ses propriétaires, c'est simple, très propre, il est agréable d'y séjourner. Rien ne manque, tout est comme la description. Un grand espace extérieur clos (notre toutou a beaucoup apprécié), avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bons moments en famille et entre amis. Je terminerai par l'excellent accueil des propriétaires, que nous remercions encore une fois.
