Detached house with unenclosed garden, unoverlooked rear terrace with garden furniture and lounge, deckchairs and petanque court at the front of the house. At the start of a pleasant footpath. Outdoor, unheated Piscine, 2.80 m x 7.80 m, 1.20 m deep, weather permitting, from June to September. At the start of a pleasant footpath.
Entrance hall, large living room with fitted kitchen opening onto the living area (dining area and sitting area with TV and large picture window), direct access to the outside; utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer; separate toilet with washbasin; bedroom with 160x200 bed and en-suite shower room (large shower and toilet), fan. Internet (fiber) in Holiday cottage.
1st floor: landing with 2nd relaxation area with board games, books, sofa and desk; 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with 1 bed 160x200 and private shower room (shower and wc); 1 small bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190 more suitable for Kids.
All inclusive: heating and electricity included (subject to reasonable consumption), bed linen provided with beds made on arrival, towels and kitchen linen provided, housekeeping included (subject to leaving the cottage in good condition).
Business stays: 5 people maximum.
Close to tourist sites: Canal du Nivernais, Etangs du Merle, Lac de Pannecière (Fishing) and Lac des Settons (water sports), Etangs de Baye and Vaux with boat hire for trips and visits to the Voutes de la Collancelle. At the gateway to the Morvan and its Hiking, Bibracte site.

Ce gîte est parfait! De la cuisine bien équipée en passant par les chambres plus jolies les unes que les autres, ce gîte est spacieux et au calme. Des hôtes très acceuillants et sympas, un grand merci encore. Cet endroit ne mérite aucune hésitation!!!! Nous y retournerions avec grand plaisir!

Ch & Ch Comme à la maison
Disponibilité et gentillesse des propriétaires, confort, chaleur, équipement, propreté impeccable... rien ne manque. Et même si nous cherchons un point d'amélioration à ce logement, nous n'en trouvons pas. Nous avons, entre autres, apprécié l'aménagement de qualité, la salle de bain attenante à chaque chambre d'adulte, et les produits locaux pour nous accueillir. Nous recommandons vivement.

Le gite est très beau et joliment décoré, les chambres sont impeccables aves une grande salle de bain chacune, les extérieurs sont bien aménagés aussi.

Guillaume Superbe gîte, spacieux et vraiment chaleureux. On se sent tout de suite chez soi.
Très bien équipé, absolument rien ne manque.
Les 3 salles d'eau sont un vrai plus.
Si je devais pinailler, je reprocherai juste l'emplacement peu pratique du réfrigérateur dans le cellier. Il aurait été mieux placé dans la cuisine à côté des autres équipements.L'accueil était parfait, un joli panier garni nous attendait en guise de bienvenue.
Je reviendrai très volontiers en été.
