Detached house with unenclosed garden, unoverlooked rear terrace with garden furniture and lounge, deckchairs and petanque court at the front of the house. At the start of a pleasant footpath. 2.80 m x 7.80 m unheated outdoor Piscine, weather permitting, from June to September. At the start of a pleasant footpath.
Entrance hall, large living room with fitted kitchen opening onto the living area (dining area and sitting area with TV and large bay window), direct access to the outside; utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer; separate toilet with washbasin; bedroom with 160x200 bed and en-suite shower room (large shower and toilet), fan. Internet (fiber) in Holiday cottage.
1st floor: landing with 2nd relaxation area with board games, books, sofa and desk; 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with 1 bed 160x200 and private shower room (shower and wc); 1 small bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190 more suitable for Kids.
All inclusive: heating and electricity included (subject to reasonable consumption), bed linen provided with beds made on arrival, towels and kitchen linen provided, housekeeping included (subject to leaving the cottage in good condition).
Business stays: 5 people maximum.
Close to tourist sites: Canal du Nivernais, Etangs du Merle, Lac de Pannecière (Fishing) and Lac des Settons (water sports), Etangs de Baye and Vaux with boat hire for trips and visits to the Voutes de la Collancelle. At the gateway to the Morvan and its Hiking, Bibracte site.

Magnifique maison avec tout le confort pour passer un séjour génial.
5/5Très belle maison restaurée avec beaucoup d'espace à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur, très calme, équipement de qualité. Tout était très propre et bien aménagé. La vaisselle, etc. était disponible en grande quantité. Tous les appareils sont de très bonne qualité. Nous étions là avec enfants et petits-enfants et nous nous sommes sentis totalement à l'aise. Nos hôtes nous ont surpris dès notre arrivée avec de nombreux équipements supplémentaires positifs (table à langer, lit bébé supplémentair, poussette,...) et des cadeaux de bienvenue, nous permettant de passer des vacances très détendues. Nous recommandons le Gîte de Savenay vivement et nous reviendrons avec plaisir. MERCI BEAUCOUP - HERZLICHEN DANK!

5/5Gîte parfaitement confortable : excellente literie , équipements fonctionnels avec beaucoup d’ustensiles très utiles et produits de base . L’intérieur est décoré avec goût et le jardin agréable.
