A 19th-century detached family home, surrounded by 2,000 m² of wooded grounds (partially fenced), beautifully restored in the traditional style with French-style ceilings. Ground floor: kitchen, living room (with a pull-out sofa for 2 people), separate toilet, and small bathroom (with a large shower). Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 bed, 140x190 cm), 1 bedroom (2 beds, 140x190 cm). Baby bed and high chair provided. Private parking. Outdoor furniture and garden and kitchen garden available. Only one pet allowed.

In the heart of the Nivernais region, there are plenty of opportunities for walking or biking (3 adult bikes and 2 kids’ bikes available) along the surrounding trails and through the forests. Fishing is available in the community pond or the river (2 kids’ fishing rods provided). Hunting is permitted during the season.

Close to the sites of Arthel, Montenoison, Compierre, Vézelay, the ponds (Étang du Merle for Swimming), and the lakes of the Morvan (Les Settons or Pannecière-Chaumard), as well as the Vineyards of Tannay. Closer by, you can visit the Vaux and Baye ponds, the departure point for eco-friendly houseboat tours on the Nivernais Canal.

No cable TV or Wi-Fi, but good 4G coverage. Bed linen, final cleaning, and bathroom and kitchen towels are provided.
