Detached 19th-century family home, surrounded by 2000 m² of wooded grounds, partly enclosed, perfectly restored in the traditional style with French ceilings. First floor: kitchen, living room (sofa bed for 2), separate toilet, and small bathroom (large shower). Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 bed 140x190 cm), 1 bedroom (2 beds 140x190 cm). Baby bed and high chair. Private parking. Garden furniture, vegetable garden available. Only 1 pet allowed.

In the central Nivernais region, numerous possibilities for walking or cycling (3 adult bikes and 2 Kids bikes available) in the surrounding paths and forests. Fishing in the local pond or river (2 Kids fishing rods available). Hunting possible in season.

Close to Arthel, Montenoison, Compierre, Vézelay, ponds (Etang du Merle for swimming) and Morvan lakes (Les Settons or Pannecière-Chaumard) and the Vineyards of Tannay. Closer to home, you can visit the étangs de Vaux and Baye, the starting point for ecological barge trips on the Canal du Nivernais.


No box, no WIFI access, but good 4G network. Bed linen, towels and final cleaning provided.
