Come and stay in part of the owners' longère with private parking and independent, unoverlooked access. Enclosed garden with garden furniture and a pleasant view. This cosy Holiday cottage includes a comfortable relaxation area for 4 people (2-seater sofa and 2 armchairs), TV, wifi and DVD player with board games, a kitchenette, a shower room with large shower. Upstairs are 2 spacious bedrooms, one with 2 beds 90x190 and the other with a bed 160x200 and a desk for Telework.
A farm with cows and lambs is nearby on the other side of the road.
Holiday cottage de l'abbaye, in the commune of Nolay in the Nièvre region, lies between the ducal city of Nevers and the commune of La Charité-sur-Loire. It's 40 minutes from the Vineyards of Sancerre and Pouilly to the north, and 40 minutes from Château Chinon and the Morvan Regional Park to the east. Many sites to visit in the vicinity, including the Royal Forges of Guerigny, the Bec d'Allier on the Loire, the Canal du Nivernais at Decize, the bute de Montenoison....

Gerard en Josien Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances dans cet endroit apaisant
Les propriétaires sont très chaleureux et accueillants. Le gîte est confortable et entièrement équipé. Il y a une belle cuisine compacte, 2 chambres spacieuses et une belle douche. Depuis le jardin privé, vous pouvez profiter de la paix, de la nature et de belles vues. Les fenêtres de la maison donnent également une vue sur le magnifique environnement. Il y a de beaux villages et villes à proximité avec une belle culture et une bonne nourriture. Si vous aimez la nature et la tranquillité, nous vous recommandons vivement cet endroit
