On the raised ground floor: living room with a fireplace insert, sitting room with 2 sofas, TV, free Wi-Fi, DVD player, and CD radio; fully equipped kitchen; separate toilet; Five steps from the living room lead to a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a baby area with a wooden crib, dresser, and changing table, a bathtub, high chair, and stroller, and a bathroom adjacent to the bedroom (shower). Upstairs, there is a bedroom with one 110x200 bed and two bunk beds (Bed 90x190), and another bedroom with a 140x200 bed, a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and a separate toilet.

The holiday cottage, located on the edge of the woods, offers opportunities to observe many birds and other animals. The fully enclosed garden provides an unobstructed view of the Morvan hills. You can rent the cabin with a 140x200 bed for an additional 70€ per week.

The holiday cottage is located 12 km from Avallon. Les Îles Labaume: a playground on the banks of the Cure River (slides, zip line, mini-golf, climbing wall, etc.). 15 km from Vézelay, a village listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site; near the Morvan lakes (Swimming, Water sports); close to the Cure River, a Category 1 fishing river; near the castles of Chastellux and Bazoches, Vauban’s former residence. Base de loisirs 12 km away: canoeing, tree-top adventure courses, caving, etc. The Morvan Park is the ultimate destination for outdoor activities, with its numerous hiking and mountain biking trails as well as a wealth of cultural offerings.
