Elevated ground floor: living room with fireplace insert, sitting room with 2 sofas and TV / free WiFi, DVD player and CD player, fully-equipped fitted kitchen, separate toilet; 5 steps from the living room lead to a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, baby area with wooden cot, chest of drawers and changing table, bath, high chair and stroller, en-suite shower room. Upstairs, a bedroom with 1 bed 110x200 and 2 Bunk beds (90x190), and another bedroom with a bed 140x200, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, separate toilet.

2 donkeys, Coquette and Lily, are your neighbors and love to be petted by Kids. The Holiday cottage, located on the edge of the wood, is a great place to observe birds and other animals. The unenclosed garden offers an unobstructed view of the Morvan hills. Possibility of renting the Cabin with a 140x200 bed for 70€ extra per week.

The Holiday cottage is located 12km from Avallon, where you can visit the fortified ramparts via signposted circuits, its Piscine with Wellbeing area and water games for younger guests. Les îsles Labaume: play area on the banks of the Cure (slides, zip-line, miniature golf, climbing wall, etc.). 15km from Vézelay, a UNESCO World Heritage village; close to the Morvan lakes (Swimming, Fishing); near the Cure, a 1st category river for fishing; close to the castles of Chastellux and Bazoches, home of Vauban. Base de loisirs 12km away: canoeing, accrobranche, caving... the Parc du Morvan is the perfect place for outdoor activities, with its many hiking and mountain-biking trails, as well as an abundance of cultural activities.
