Completely renovated farmhouse converted into a Holiday cottage with all modern conveniences and fiber optics, surrounded by meadows. Carport, dining area under the trees, barbecue, deckchairs, parasol. 150m from a Hiking trail.
The Holiday cottage (no upper floor) has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with TV. 3 spacious bedrooms, each with a 160x200 bed and a pull-out bed. For Kids, babies or pets, please ask us.
One bedroom has its own private bathroom (bath, double washbasin, wall-hung toilet), and a 2nd shower room is available (Italian shower, double washbasin and wall-hung toilet).
Nearby: La Loire, vélo-route, Canal du Nivernais and Decize nautical base; Sandy beach on the Loire 7 minutes away; Casino and spa town 20km away, with spa and wellbeing center; Large animal and amusement park Le Pal 30km away.
