Six steps and you’re in the large living area with a fully equipped, open-concept kitchen that opens onto the living room, which features a seating area and a fireplace; another room is dedicated to relaxation, with a TV and the option of additional sleeping arrangements (1 bed and a sofa bed) for an extra charge; one bedroom with one 160x200 bed; one bedroom with one 160x200 bed and one Baby bed; one bedroom with two beds 90x190. A bathroom with double sinks, a toilet, and a large shower.
Cars can be parked in front of the holiday cottage or under the carport; there is a large, private backyard at the rear of the house. Pets are not allowed. Business stays are available upon request for a maximum of 3 people.
All inclusive accommodation: bed linens with beds made on arrival, bath towels, kitchen linens, heating, electricity, and firewood; end-of-stay housekeeping included (provided the holiday cottage is left in a reasonable condition and heating is used reasonably). For the 2 additional beds: €30 per person per night
Ideal spot to recharge: Fishing available, the Nivernais Canal, the Morvan lakes, Saint-Honoré-les-Bains, Nevers (Shrine of Saint Bernadette, Earthenware Museum, cathedral), the Loire (canoeing, biking), the Magny-Cours racetrack, and the Mining Museum at La Machine.

Merci pour votre retour, je suis ravi que l'intérieur vous ait plu. Pour la cour de la ferme, nous aurions aimé en parler avec vous avant votre départ afin de mieux comprendre. Je ferai de mon mieux pour améliorer la situation pour les futurs voyageurs selon ce que j'en perçois.

Camille Au calme de la campagne nivernaise
Superbe gite décoré avec goût entre tradition et modernité. C’était un plaisir de diner dans le jardin avec une vue magnifique sur la nature environnante. Nous avons passé un séjour extrêmement relaxant et nous pensons déjà à revenir.

GIRARD C'est une ancienne ferme restaurée avec goût et offrant une ambiance chaleureuse. Si vous aimez le calme et si vous voulez vous reposer, c'est le lieu idéal. Et puis si vous êtes amateur de visite, vous n'aurez pas beaucoup de route à parcourir pour trouver de quoi vous faire plaisir. Après si vous préférez les balades dans la nature les environs vous donnent aussi des possibilités.
Quant à l'accueil, l'hôte est vraiment sympathique et disponible. C'est vraiment agréable d'être accompagné lors de votre arrivée.
La maison offre suffisamment de place pour 6 personnes, tout n'est pas parfait mais il faudrait être très difficile pour ne pas trouver satisfaction. Et puis, pour une atmosphère plus chaleureuse, il y a un insert qui permet de rendre l'ambiance très agréable. Nous en avons usé et abusé et ce fût la cerise sur le gâteau- Cleanliness

Laffargue Très bon séjour dans cette maison ancienne parfaitement restaurée au calme de la campagne. Idéal pour ceux qui recherchent du repos loin de l'agitation urbaine.
Nos hôtes sont très sympathiques pleins d'attentions. La maison est parfaitement équipée, rien n'a manqué pour notre séjour de trois nuitées fin septembre.
Merci à Maxime et Josephine pour la qualité de leur accueil.
Je les recommande à ceux qui hésitent.
