Isolated farmhouse on large wooded property in a rural commune. Quiet, exceptional sites, 35 km of marked horse-riding, hiking and mountain-biking trails on dirt roads. Holiday cottage comprises: living room (36m²) with fireplace, equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms for 3 or 4 people with 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs + 2 independent wooden chalets (each for 4 people with 1 bed 140x190 + 2 Bunk beds, bathroom and WC).
Price per person = 23€/night minimum stay 2 nights. Electric heating. Wood: €48 per stere. Large enclosed courtyard and green spaces, garden. Stables (boxes and paddocks on request), kennels. Private pond and river approximately 200 and 500 m from Holiday cottage. Sheets + towels for hire (7.50 €). Housework available (€14.50 per hour) Mountain bike hire. Rates for weekends, weeks and groups (quotation/request).
