Set on the grounds of La Folie, in the former farmer's dwelling adjoining the owner's house, the Holiday cottage comprises an entrance hall, kitchen, living-dining room and toilet on the first floor. The 1st floor comprises a mezzanine (2 beds 90x190) and a bedroom (1 bed 140x190), a bathroom and separate WC. The terrace overlooks the private park and the medieval town of Sancerre. Table tennis. 1 baby bed and 1 high chair available. Bike room. Private parking. 500 m from shops and public transport. Near the banks of the Loire: canoeing-kayaking, walking or mountain biking, cycle-racing, horse-riding, indoor swimming pool. 15 km away: Piscine and Vineyard (Côteaux du Giennois). On-site cereal farm to discover. Up to 2 pets accepted free of charge (unfenced garden and field, possibility of enclosed courtyard, but please note that there are other animals on site (dogs, cats, hens and horses).
