The house has 2 spacious bedrooms: one with a 140*190 bed, the other with 4 90*190 beds, with games and books for Kids. The living room combines authenticity and modernity, with a sitting area featuring a flat-screen TV with DVD player, and fiber-optic Internet access. The kitchen is fully equipped (induction hob). Bathroom with thermostatic shower, separate toilet. Baby equipment: cot, high chair and bathtub. Private parking. Enclosed garden. Ecogests qualification.

From the Holiday cottage, you can easily get to the lakes (Chaumeçon, Pannecière, Les Settons) and enjoy whitewater sports, swimming, Hiking, ... also, about 15km away, the Bazoches castle (Vauban), the Vézelay basilica, as well as the Abbaye de la Pierre qui Vire. You can discover the Canal du Nivernais by bike or barge. For history buffs, there are many sites to visit: Autun, Bibracte, Alesia, the Musée de la Résistance in St Brisson and the historic site of Guédelon (a fortified castle rebuilt using materials from the period).
