Set back from the street in Cosne's city center, the "Chalet", once a winegrower's dwelling, welcomes you to a former winegrowing estate dating from the second half of the 19th century.

The first floor comprises a fully-equipped kitchen and an en suite living room. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140x190) and the second with two single beds (90x190), shower room and toilet.
The property has fenced-in grounds, and the Holiday cottage benefits from a 65 m² private garden (low separating fence) and terrace. Easy parking on the street or in the courtyard. The owner is on site in the house opposite the Holiday cottage.

With the train station nearby and easy access from the A77, the gîte is ideally located for exploring the City (Loire Museum, shops and restaurants, Cinema, etc.) and the banks of the Loire. Nearby vineyards (Côteaux du Giennois, Pouilly, Sancerre), Guédelon and Saint-Fargeau castles. Canoeing, kayaking, hiking, mountain biking, cycling, horseback riding, ...

All-inclusive accommodation: heating and electricity included (subject to reasonable consumption), bed linen with beds made on arrival, towels, end-of-stay cleaning.

Possibility of accepting an extra person in a Bed 90x190 located in the room with the Bed 90x190 at the rate of 10€/night (i.e. 70€ per week).
