The Chalet, on two levels, harmoniously combines natural materials and contemporary design. The first floor features a spacious living room with comfortable leather sofas, facing a convivial dining room. This room is enhanced by a large central stove that warms the atmosphere. Direct access to a spacious 35 m² terrace offers spectacular views over Lake du Crescent, ideal for al fresco dining and starlit evenings.
The open kitchen is perfectly equipped to satisfy gourmets, with a central butcher block, a large cooking piano, and waxed concrete worktops. On the same level, a bedroom accommodates two people in an intimate setting, and features a shower room with waxed concrete Italian shower and WC.
The upper floor, accessible via an elegant passageway overlooking the living room, includes three cozy bedrooms: an open-plan bedroom with a double bed (160x200), and two other bedrooms, one with a double bed (140x190) and the other with two single beds (90x190). Two extra beds and a baby bed are also available to comfortably accommodate up to 10 people.
