Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (2 beds 90*190 in each), mezzanine with convertible sofa, shower room/wc. Baby bed and high chair. Maximum 2 pets allowed (Paying pet). End-of-stay cleaning available at extra cost. 30 minutes from the A6 Avallon exit, in the small village of Gouloux, famous for its waterfalls and 1st category rivers. Close to the Morvan lakes (Settons, Pannecière and Saint-Agnan), Vézelay, Avallon, Saulieu and Beaune. Close to leisure activities (rafting, canoeing, swimming, hiking). Fishing Holiday cottage: carp between 1 and 5kg in the pond.
