In a small village on the route to Santiago de Compostela, Holiday cottage adjoining the owner's house, not overlooked. Enclosed courtyard at the front of the Holiday cottage, entrance via the veranda, living room with lounge, TV, wifi, dining room, kitchen, shower room with separate toilet, 1 bedroom with 2 Cot 80x190 beds, 1 bedroom with 1 Cot 140x190 bed and access to a 2nd veranda and partly enclosed garden with terrace, garden furniture, barbecue and fruit trees. Upstairs, access to a bedroom with 1 bed 140x190 and en-suite shower room (shower and toilet). Local shops. Near Prémery, La Charité sur Loire (City of Art and History), Vineyard des côteaux de la Charité, Forest des Bertranges.
Accommodation not suitable for business stays.
Utilities and options: Heating and electricity extra above 8 kwh/day. Stere of wood 70€. Bed linen rental 10€ / bed. Bathroom linen hire 15€ / person. End-of-stay cleaning on request 70€. Free pet (deposit 100€) - Please note that dogs over 30kgs are not allowed.

Gîte conforme à la description : spacieux, confortable et bien équipé. Très beau jardin à l’arrière, bien entretenu et arboré, au calme et sécurisé pour les enfants et animaux. Base de loisirs à l’Etang du Merle au cœur de la nature, avec plage de sable surveillée, à moins de 30 minutes. Idéal pour famille.
