Upstairs, access to a bedroom with 1 bed 140x190 and en-suite shower room (shower and toilet). Local shops. Close to Prémery, La Charité sur Loire (City of Art and History), vineyards of Côteaux de la Charité, Bertranges forest. Accommodation not suitable for business stays. Utilities and options: Heating and electricity extra above the 8 kwh included/day. Stere of wood 70€. Bathroom linen hire 15€ / person. End-of-stay cleaning on request 70€.
