On the edge of a busy road, but close to shops, a newly renovated semi-detached Holiday cottage is just waiting for you! Enclosed courtyard at the front of the Holiday cottage with garden furniture, small courtyard at the back of the house with deckchairs, table, table soccer and lovely view. Curbside parking (for unloading/loading) in front of the Holiday cottage or across the road.

First floor: fully-equipped fitted kitchen (including "Nespresso" capsule coffee maker, kitchen scales), living room with sitting area, TV, micro-channel, Blu-ray DVD player (as well as a selection of DVDs, not forgetting Kids), wifi, board games and books. Nice open view. Small bathroom with toilet and shower.

Upstairs, 2 large en-suite bedrooms (with folding screen), each with a choice of 1 bed 180x200 or 2 beds 90x200, plus an office area for Telework.

Baby Equipment available: Umbrella bed, high chair, bathtub, potty, bottle warmer and all bed linen.

Also available: ironing board and steam generator.

Via the kitchen, access to the cellar where you'll find the washing machine, tumble dryer, electric barbecue/plancha and access to the small rear courtyard.
You can also store your bicycles via an external access.

A picnic bag for 4, complete with water bottle and large blanket, is provided free of charge.

For your convenience, your host accepts late arrivals.

The owner speaks no foreign languages.

All-inclusive accommodation: Bed linen supplied with beds made on arrival (according to the configuration you will have defined with the owner before your arrival, i.e. 4 beds 90x200 or 2 beds 180x200); Bathroom linen supplied as well as household linen. Heating and electricity included (subject to reasonable consumption). Housekeeping included at the end of your stay (provided you leave the Holiday cottage in good condition). A deposit of 300€ is payable by cheque and is refundable within a week of departure.
