Apart from the 2 steps to access the house, it is on one level with a large living room: kitchen opening onto the living room, TV, wi-fi, wood-burning stove; a laundry room with washing machine; a shower room with large shower and toilet, a bedroom with 1 bed 90x190 and a desk, and adjoining this bedroom a 2nd bedroom with 1 bed 160x200.

All-inclusive accommodation: bed linen (beds made on arrival), towels, cleaning (provided the gîte is left in good condition), wood, heating and electricity (subject to reasonable consumption). Next to the gîte, a grocery store is open 24/7, ideally located for access to the Nevers Magny-Cours racetrack or to visit the 'Street Art City' street art park in Lurcy-Lévis, or to stroll through the Apremont floral park.
