The first floor comprises 2 bedrooms, each with 2 beds that can also be twinned, and a fifth bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 shower room with walk-in shower and 1 separate toilet. Outside, a terrace with garden furniture, lounge, barbecue, plancha and deckchairs lets you enjoy the peace and quiet and admire the surrounding countryside. You can also stroll around the private pond (special care must be taken with children, as there are no fences), or challenge your friends to a game of pétanque (boules provided). A carport is available for storing cars, boats and motorcycles, and a closed storage area is also available for your bikes or motorcycles. Fishing and boating enthusiasts will be delighted with the Port de la Saisse, 1 km away, and the Port du Meix at Pont de la Pyle, 10 km away. For swimming, Lake Clairvaux with its supervised beach is 10 minutes away. Numerous hiking and cycling trails can be found in the vicinity of the Holiday cottage. And of course, don't forget to stop off at a fruitière to taste the famous Comté cheese. The ground floor is accessible for people with reduced mobility (shower with seat, WC, 90 cm door width). The Holiday cottage is equipped with a 22 Kw recharging point and 2 reinforced sockets.
